I had to pause to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me:

So now anything science proved, and the church was forced to admit they were wrong about, gets a nice historical whitewash. Science tells us how the world works, and religion tells us why we better drink their koolaid or else you will burn in a lake of fire for eternity.

I'd like to see the people who come up with this crap in court, made to swear on a bible, and then put away for perjury in a lake of fire for eternity. That'd learn 'em.
