OMG, that happened on highway 401 in Toronto - there's the Avenue Road exit sign, that makes it obvious...

I was going to put a comment - but I don't have the words

I've always been a fan of the "Punch in the Mouth" rule. For something like this situation, the victim (driver of the car who hit the man and now has a damaged front end) gets to punch the criminal in the mouth. It's good for times when the punishment the law hands down (likely a minor fine) just isn't satisfying enough. Do you think that bum will pay for the damages?
