I know this is just a joke but since some people seem to think this is a real problem with the glasses...

The screen on the Google Glasses is very small and positioned up at about the height of your eyebrow: You have to look up to see it. Incoming messages and alerts and such will not obscure your vision any more than thick framed sunglasses.

This is what I see is the issue for guys like me who aren't big on twitter or facebook or taking pictures of anything. I like my phone and texting some people but it's fine in my pocket just wear it is. Some people would love this as a way to be constantly connected...I am already it's just down in my pocket. The video game aspect IRL is what I see as the fun part of this and why I'd want it. As a part of everyday life...hmmm probably not.
