Glenn Beck: Obama Wants a New World Currency

Except...he doesn't.
ravermansays...

haha! Silly Fox.

It's the New World Order that wants the global currency - it helps centralise power in the hands of a few rather than the many.

It's is distinctly in the interests of globalization and capitalism... not socialism.

Remember when America was all about Free trade and Globalization? and anyone else was socialist for protecting their local workers and industries... Silly fox - Pick a side!

Glenn Beck's popularity is proof-positive that stupidity is as prominent as ever in the USA.

That, and the consequence of facing a great number of problems with no easy answers. A result of this is that people will cling to anything that fills the void of doubt no matter how retarded it is. So not only this shows the prevalence of idiots, but also the prevalence of cowards, and willful ignorance.

Gee. Way to cut and paste tiny clips to make things look the way you want them to look... *hypocrisy.
For a site that wants to intellectually consider politics, this is low brow. *shame.
I could cut and paste Keith Olbermann to make him look like any wack-job I wanted in 5 minutes and everyone here would cry bloody murder...

Why not consider the entire argument instead of interrupting in half of the first sentence of the entire paragraph of then entire essay of the entire book?

psh. Nice video for ultra-leftists to make them feel good about themselves. As for the rest of the globe, this is making us EVEN MORE separated from them. The video itself defeats its own purpose. LOL.

You can cry foul at the cut-n-paste aspects of this video, but the main issue is that absolutely noone is calling for a global currency.

There are many many countries out there who have tens of trillions of our paper currency, and for them to somehow switch it out is a preposterous concept. Beck is blowing dangerous smoke up a lot of idiots asses. Knowingly playing on peoples' fears in a very economically distressing time.

as long as we have SOMETHING that works, is the most fair, and the least subject to asinine manipulation.

One world currency or not. Maybe it is the answer. I know Glenn Beck knows fuck all, though.

I agree that the tactics employed by Beck are disheartening.. it's always scary when they pretend to be on your side. And of course no one is openly calling for a global currency, but don't rule out the possibility of it happening in the not-so-distant future.

Who are the "ultra-leftists", and what do they want to do with America?

Explain to me how the rest of the "globe" is being put off by the clip?

Because all the officials of the US government are stating opposition to the idea of moving to using a mix of currencies as the reserve, instead of the dollar?

Either the "ultra-leftists" want a world government, to "take away our guns, our sovereignty, and our currency", or they're opposed to it.

Either that's something we should be afraid of Obama intentionally trying to do, or it's a consequence of all the spending Bush Obama has done devaluing the dollar, so Obama should scrap everything he believes in, and cowtow to foreign powers (which would also, assuredly be a dangerous sign of weakness in Beck's mind).

There is no philosophy, intellectualism, or integrity behind Beck. His purpose is to channel conservative anger, and give it a framework for scapegoating Obama (or Democrats generally) for everything they perceive as being wrong.

For what it's worth, I'm a little bored with Olbermann. He could stand to spend more time scrutinizing Obama than he's doing, even if most of what he finds to report are things Bush did that he's reversed (as Rachel does on her show).

But that doesn't mean Beck isn't still a lying tool.
