Upvote on this. Bush may've been a shameless president, but rules of etiquette is something none of these fassade-men will ever miss.

Besides, the Sift should be about collecting videos that illustrate reality across all horizons, as accurately as image-based Media can.

The video at Nr.1, with Bush compared to a ronery nerd, is a mockery of all sifters' lucidity.

I hate to sound like CP420, but it's not shocking that liberalsift isn't upvoting this.

Call me slow, but I don't quite get it. I see them shaking his hand when they're one-on-one for the photogs, but why wouldn't they be shaking his hand when they're all lining up, when everyone else is?

The woman may show up late, but at least there is a woman president among all those old fat male presidents.
It just feels good to see that.

a video of a happy war criminal palling around with gangsters doesn't somehow cancel out the existence of a separate video of a fidgety bully being ignored by people as he is walking awkwardly past them.

Bush was hosting the event. He had already seen and shaken everyone's hand at least once, whereas all the other leaders hadn't necessarily seen each other. hence, the introductory handshake among them.

this is a good case of CNN covering their ass for misreporting something. love how they tried to push it off onto the 'blogs' as if they didn't choose to report it. also, they singled out the Daily Show for using it in their 'moment of zen' as if TDS had been misleading as well. fact is, the beginning of that episode of TDS was about Bush coming out and greeting each leader with a handshake... in other words, TDS set the record straight before CNN did.

For better or worse, Bush the-liberal-with-conservative-tendencies will be the last authentic president from either side for awhile.

Obama hasn't invaded an innocent country on a false pretext to obtain their oil or ordered torture.

When he does either, we'll condemn him. Until that point, Bush sucks dick (and apparently QM is a fellow fluffer).

re: the video (may as well try to keep it on topic), just because the guy is a douchebag doesn't mean the media can make stuff up about him. He has enough real skeletons in the closet that this 2nd class journalism BS is pointless and distracting from the real crimes he has to answer.
