its amazing these tv judges are allowed to keep their judicial jobs. Even though I think the guy was out of line too.

The judge called him "honey". I'd hardly call it out of line to expect to be called by your title. But if I were him, I wouldn't have done that. I would have just started calling the judge "sugerbuns".

He had a point, and he was in the right, but he knows he shouldn't have provoked the judge like that, whether she's acting like a tool just trying to boost her ratings (she was) or not.
