therealblankmansays..."Lifters" show an interesting effect- seen plenty of examples over the years, but to call it "Electro-Gravitic" might be a bit of a stretch. The most likely hypothesis of how this works is that the high voltage is generating a stream of charged particles which run over the surface of the mettalic umbrella, this charged "wind" causes lift in the direction of flow. Let's see an example of this operating in a vacuum, then give me a call.
