mefasays...I don't know why, but I thought most countrys did it like this. =P I from Sweden btw.
omnistegansays...I've often thought that Sweden would be somewhere I would like to live, especially if I were to ever have children.
I struggled in high school, and now, 4 years after I was supposed to graduate, I'm still trying to fix my mistakes. I've often considered that if the school system I grew up with was different, that things would have turned out better.
I guess I can't do much more than speculate however.
Fadesays...What I find especially telling is that an english documentary in Sweden doesn't need to use subtitles.
peggedbeasays...looks like the montessori school i went to...and the one my kid goes to.. in tx... except for its subsized and affordable. thats the part that impresses me. i pay $155/wk for my kids montessori... single mom, 2 kids... got a second job and a pell grant to pay for it.
