Awesome! Fake? I think so.

It is, and its a rather clever fake. The TNT is a distraction, the preset (the part that follows the explosion) having been filmed at an actual beach. Watch the camera pans to notice when the spliced it. A well done work, even for a fake.

Wow.. I just tried to submit this. I thought someone was crazy enough to have tried this.

I guess my common sense said the scale was off, ie. how far can you throw dynamite (should have been on top of surfer) and then all the sudden way, way, way far away. The other thing that didn't make sense was why is there sand / mud / beachy area just under bridge...

Wow, that explosion formed a perfect A shaped wave. That's incredible. For some reason a quicksilver ad is attached to the end of the video though. That must be an mistake.
