[sniff] so heartwarming. With friendships like this, surely there's hope for peace in the Middle East?
antsays...1999! I wonder if they're even alive today.
Ivegotthebendssays...I can't help but picture Mose's feathers sticking out of Cassie's mouth right when the lady said, "I think they'll always be best friends."
budzossays...I think the old couple married for 52 years are equally as cute and remarkable as the animals featured in the video.

For some reason, that black bird looks like Raven playing with IssyKitty.

deedub81says...@dag: Peace in the Middle East? Yes, but not until all history has run its course and the prophecy which is "pre-written history" is fulfilled.
It's in the Bible.

Sorry, I think I missed your sarcasm tag - or else prepare yourself for a massive virtual eye roll.
deedub81says...I'm just sayin': There have been an awful lot of prophesies about the Jews that have come true.
They have suffered a long history of persecution in many different lands, like the ancient text says.
The Holocaust, reclaiming Israel; Maybe the ancient Prophets were just lucky guessers?

[massive virtual eye roll] You seem to be pretty in-line philosophically with our commander-in-chief. He believes he's part of a biblical prophecy as well.
Jesus save us from this kind of pre-determinism.
I'm pretty sure Romney was "letting go and letting God" when he strapped his dog to the roof. Good thing Yahweh decided to spare Fido's life.
deedub81says...Naw, George Bush is basically an idiot.
..and is that all you got on Romney? ...'cause I would put that right up there with throwing your dog in the back of your pickup. Do you think the dog minded? Highly doubtful. It's just a cheap shot at a good man.
Romney doesn't believe God will help us if we just give up. We have to do all we can do. We can't just throw our arms up and hope for the best. We don't get to decide who we help and who we ignore, regardless of what we think the outcome will be.
...I forgot how we got on this subject...oh, yeah: A crow and a cat.
ambassdorsays...'and moses, i named him moses because of the mistakes he made' ... what a lovely couple of anti-semites
Ryjkyjsays...Hey, I have a prophecy. In the future something bad will happen to you. And then you will move to a new house/apartment/etc. And then you'll meet someone, but you will drift apart. And then one day you'll die.
I love the biblical prophecy crap. I love that it's pretty much pre-determined that something bad will happen in the future.
Make no mistake, one day the earth will end in a gigantic fireball. The question is: Will it be because the sun expanded, an asteroid hit us or a bunch of self important lunatics tried to fulfill an inevitable event.
Peace in the middle east is the least of our problems.
