Nice sentiment, but this guy needs help paying his legal bill, not help becoming an internet star.

Good job though. If you see someone abusing another person, you should try to stop it, no matter what the people are wearing. He should have said the words 'I'm placing you under citizens arrest' though. It could have saved him one hell of a charge of battery on a police officer (or even attempted murder, they love to over charge when police get hurt).

Would like a LITTLE context here. Nothing in this video even approaches 'beating', save for the assault on the officer.

There are enough real examples of police brutality and excess, this does nothing but destroy credibility.

Half the video is the text scrawl of someones personal opinion, and as @Januari already pointed out the thing is a complete mess otherwise. No context, obvious bias, hugely amateur presentation, etc.

I am 100% behind the gesture though.
