darksunsays...It may not have been the cops fault. Accidental discharges are not unheard of.
therealblankmansays...You're absolutely right, darksun, accidents do happen, but the fact remains that this cop shot at a suspect (can't tell in the video if she hit anyone/anything) with her weapon. The responsibility lies with her.
pho3n1xsays...even though we don't see the chaos beforehand, by this point the suspect looks to be under control, and no longer a direct threat. her finger should not have been on the trigger.
but hindsight + i-wasn't-there = useless opinion.
joemawlmasays...lol
darksunsays...Yes, but your finger dosn't have to be on the trigger for accidental charges to happen.
Riftersays...I agree that it was accidental, in that she did not mean for it to happen, but I suspect her finger WAS on the trigger, and she accidently pulled.
BoneyDsays...yeah, dunno if pistols fire by themselves generally/at all...
gwiz665says...*Eia
*Wtf

siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Actionpack, Eia, Wtf) - requested by gwiz665.
Kruposays...Also posted in http://www.videosift.com/video/Cops-That-Shouldn-t-Have-Guns - I think that embed was higher quality.
