Wow, that looks to be some good sci-fi. Is there a book it's based on?

There is an Outer Limits episode with this kind of idea. The episode Dark Rain tells an idea similiar to this story of a couple who have a baby when no one is supposed to and they must escape the government and take their newborn child somewhere safe. They achieve this with the help of a group that on the surface is a terrorist group but in reality actual helps the few people that have had a child.

I just watched the movie and it's destined to become a classic. I say it's the best HL2 like world I have ever seen. And at the same time it's so raw and shocking.
