Oh, and let's see how long before kulpims gets mad at me for putting this in the *wings channel!

The perfect wings for a fun party. DFT is a chicken wings FANATIC, so I'm sure he'll be trying out this recipe soon enough.

Just from hearing 'ginger and garlic' I thought it was a very Asian influenced dish.

They look damn tasty. And I expected them to be deep fried, so happy to seem them being healthier than that.

I'm sure some of the chefs on here will deride him for things he does... but to me, this looks like a damn tasty treat for a party... yum

I'll always auto-upvote anything from Chef John. Foodwishes is one of my daily stops on the web. Highly recommended.
