Calling Police Riding On The Hood At 60+mph

A portion of the 911 call from the viral video of a man making a phone call from the hood of a car speeding down the freeway.
The person driving that car, identified by police as 24-year-old Patresha Isidore, was arrested on Sunday, the same day the video was taken.
