I don't get it..

this seems very tame except for something she regrets right at the end.. and even then, I'm not sure why.

Why is it legal to record someone without their knowledge, and then to publish the tapes?

dunno, I think this video makes her seem more human. (I guess a majority of women like to gossip, otherwise soap operas wouldn't be so popular)
