I did the exact same thing about a year ago with the same results. The strangest thing was that afterwards the second most common question I got after "whats the damage to your car like?" was "Did you take the meat home?"

I'm always conscious about this possibility when I'm driving down country roads at night (which I do at least once a week), and have often wondered how successful I would be in avoiding a collision. Judging by this video, I'd say not very... pretty scary.
