Contrast this with Clinton's response in the interview being addressed (http://www.videosift.com/story.php?id=12741&where=index). Clinton, despite being obviously caught off-guard by the chicken-shit question from the Fox interviewer DID at least answer the question. He used complete sentences, a few poly-syllable words, and was always clear and communicative in the way he presented his argument.
