They're right "nothing can touch it" is a daft slogan for a TOUCHSCREEN device

I've played with both and own neither. From a usability and application standpoint I give the nod to the iPhone. The videos I've seen of the Palm Pre look very promising though - if it ever makes it out.

It always strikes me as somewhat desperate to sideswipe the opposition in snarky adverts like this. Apple did it with the whole Mac vs PC campaign and it was pretty embarrassing for Mac users and PC users!

This one's far better then the average side swipe (no pun intended) at the competition. We've all seen the slow-mo bullet through X videos. My first thought was, ok they shot an apple.. then they show the "bullet", that was very clever yet simple.
