I don't think he's really singing. Sounds like like the record track.

C'mon Dag, that's a joke, right? He sang in front of stadium crowds from the age of seven, and is widely known to have perfect pitch.

Also keep in mind that this was widely considered one of, if not the, best performances of his career. He was in top form, and performed the moonwalk for the first time.

Regardless of how freaky the man is now, it is difficult to deny his talent before his fall.
