Since I'm portuguese, and this is a brazilian clip, I'll tell you what that was all about:
The blonde girl didn't like being called "loira aguada" (watered blonde) by the other girl. I don't understand what they mean by that insult. Maybe that she's not a real blonde or something.
And then when she as dancing the other girl told her she had a saggy ass. And cat fight followed.
