Don't worry - you've still got the "World Series"! Interestingly, I read once that Americans started playing baseball because the British banned them from playing cricket after independence.

I'd say it was the luckiest goal. The Mexican forward should've went for the goal with the first touch of his ball. After missing the change, he should've passed the ball to his teammate. Instead, he took a chance and got lucky. And we as the audience are amazed and amused by witnessing the rarity of the situation, rather than celebrating the footballer's skills. At least that's how I see it personally.
