BoneyDsays...If Adama's a Cylon, then I'm killing a puppy. Seriously, that's just weak.
All the
plot devicesprophesies made up on the fly just really started to wear on me in this show. I sorta dislike it when series start getting too full of themselves, but I do hope they wrap it up gracefully. It came from such strong roots in the first and second season, I'd like it if they parted from the 'faith conquers all' type approach that we've seen in it lately. Or at least give some moral to the story in its closing.
spoco2says...Oh, I so hope they don't frack it up either.
I won't be disapointed if Adama is a Cylon if it's explained properly, or if there is a great outcome from it. I have thoroughly enjoyed the show so far, and the cast seem to think the final episodes are amazing... so I hope, hope, hope it lives up to the potential it can have.
Fingers are crossed.

I've gone over to the Sarah Conner Chronicles for my dramatic serial SF needs. It's actually pretty damn good.
Farhad2000says...I believe the shows producers have clarified that neither President Roselin nor Adama are the final fifth cylon.
Am hoping for the best but I think this won't live up to expectations. Too much strange shit has been infused into the show ever since the God angle was being explored.
radxsays...I just realized that my perception of Leoben changed by Callum's performance as Lew Ashby ... blimey.
furrycloudsays...So say we all.

Oh god no. I watched the first few episodes of that and could go no further thanks to the horrible lack of anything resembling coherence. One of the BIG things with the Terminator world is that metal can't travel through time unless it's wrapped in living flesh... hence the T800 et al... (The T1000 can time travel because it can mimic human flesh) and yet in the first episode they have an unclad T800 come through time.
That and other god awful plot holes made me drop it in no uncertain terms.

^It gets better if you can stick out the first couple of episodes.
