"This is a robot called Land Walker. This robot has two legs and two air guns. The inventor of this robot said this was made merely for fun, no other intention at all. This video was recorded at the national art center in Roppongi, Tokyo."

It has been here before, but I don't think it was this exact video. I seem to remember it shoots tennis balls.
