Wow...he can copy a picture and timelapse the drawing process...

Really? You don't think he has any artistic talent or don't find it interesting? Most people can not possibly redraw a photo-realistic image by eye, especially not of a person. (I tried several times in art classes when I was young and they always came out a bit off.)

You must be one heck of an artist to scoff at such ability, no?

yes I am a scoff artist, der.

Never considered this as an art, more as a talent. Don't get me wrong, it may be hard to do but it's still doesn't impress me...kind of like pen spinning or yo-yo play.

Now Syd Mead on the other hand...that type of realism from inside his very own cranium is, to me, art.
