America and Marijuana: The Truth of the Matter.

Gotta keep on filling those private jails. All I can think of saying, is that if you've ever tried it, you will know that this might be the closest thing to an actual conspiracy, or just blatant corruption that America has been ignoring for far too long.

So extremely well put. However, i fear it must be the generation that comes AFTER this one that will be the force for changing the law. Ok, we now (by majority) think pot is ok. But the generation after us (who we raise) will be even more comfortable with pot than we are, and the old people (us) will agree. I worry that only then will the taboo be broken.

Nevermind, i'll die an extremely happy, stoned old man.

Indeed, gotta keep up the back door slavery.. er the prison populations. And of course the more poor they can keep from voting by pumping out the felonies for possession, the better.

Pot as a schedule 1 narcotic is the biggest slice of bullshit pie I've ever been spoonfed.

As Schedule 1, cannabis cannot be even considered for clinical trials. The government refuses to allow the medical field to even question its pros and cons. No wonder the California Medical Association is calling for legalizaiton.

I find it so odd that tobacco is legal and it has no redeeming qualities, but marijuana is not and it at least has some redeeming medical qualities.

Spoken like a true non-smoker. (not that I see anything wrong with a little weed)

"Kids don't smoke because a camel in a hat tells them to. They do it for the same reasons adults do, because it's an enjoyable activity that relieves anxiety and depression." -George Carlin
