Ok, this is kinda funny, but I see nothing indicating that he's drunk. If you call "swearing while at work" drunk then I'm drunk all the time.

I've seen a bunch of outtake tapes of little bits like this, and it's really common for them to swear like mad, drunk or not.

I'm upvoting for the stark difference in personality between when he's "on" and when he's not. I would hardly recognize him with his normal face on.
