Wow... yeah. I could tell this guy was very smart. But he has quite the publication history.

One of the first truly great psychonauts, Shulgin is the man. He's been a researcher under big pharma and law enforcement as well as an independent researcher, and his perspective now gives him possibly the best voice for relaxing the unusually sphincter-like attitude of mainstream science towards psychopharmacology. Wonderful sift, thanks Rottenseed.

Besides being brilliant and fascinating, Sasha and Ann are two of the warmest, most down-to-earth people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I look forward to more exciting work, books, and lectures from them and cross my fingers that we might someday even collaborate. Last I heard, Sasha was working on a PDR for psychedelics. Now that will be interesting!
