I doubt Iran has the expertise or money to get anything out of this bird.

China does, and they'll likely end up with the guts. Iran will likely keep the most of the main outer skin and framework for propaganda.

Thinking about it more, they've probably already taken the guts out since it would be pretty risky to keep all of the important bits in one place.
