So Larry Silverstein is in on the biggest conspiracy of all time and the FIRST time he's interviewed about it, he slips up without any sort of stumble over words? No "Oh my god what have i just said?"? Whenever people bring this up i imagine his 'minders' (who are in on it) are just off camera talking amongst themselves.

Minder to Minder2: "Dude watch this. Larry's a pro. He and I've been practicing these answers all weekend. No matter what tricky questions they've got, he's just gonna knock'em right back out of the park."

Silverstein to camera: "... the smartest thing to do is pull it..."

If it weren't such an important event, the truther's increasingly delusional insistence on some fantastical Hollywood conspiracy would almost be cute, like the kids that make to high school still believing in Santa.

Unfortunately these events are important, and people's stubborn and ignorant refusal to see the world around them is actively harmful.

It very nearly gave the boost needed to keep NATO out of Libya, which would have seen a Libya today were Gadhafi had already quite executed thousands of rebels to stomp out the uprising. Fortunately, we instead get to celebrate a today where Gadhafi is about to be ousted. Let it not be forgotten on this day that truther's conspiracy driven world view was leaned heavily upon by those wanting to prevent any aid to the Libyan rebels, and allow Gadhafi a free hand to crush them.
