This Matrix style camera pan/effect was used on many of the Vaults/Vaulters. I saw it used, not on all the runs but on some of the best ones. and it was done within a minute of the actual run. They had the formula down and ready to shoot practicably live.

The technology has become standard formula in a controlled setting.

They've been using that style for a couple years in NFL football games. It's come a loooong way. The cartoonish nature it used to have was actually comical.
