That's just a fancy version of the gatorade bottle gravity bong I used for years. Looks much easier to use and maintain, but if I was to buy a piece, I'd just spring for a real bong.

Honestly, I don't feel sorry for her at all. What did she think was going to happen talking back to an officer and disobeying his commands? I wouldn't consider this brutality or abuse or anything - the officer gave her lots of warning and treated her with some amount of respect (besides taseing her). What is the protocol if someone refuses to comply?
