(sometimes even a little after).. yes it can take longer to actually "close", but that is retail.. (I have had people come in at 8:45PM for a 9PM closing and not leave until 10PM).. The manager was wrong in this case... While you do have the right to refuse service, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy was on unemployment right now...

This is common in a lot of places.. Accidents happen all the time... stubbed toes, cuts, etc....
The longer a place goes without a lost time accident, IE: big injuries that cause people to be out of work, the safer it is considered...
