God, if this is fake it is done amazingly well. If you pay attention in the slow-mo you see the dog react to the explosion before she does... ugh, please please be fake but I'm beginning to think it isn't.

Not slow-mo at all. I have one of these, and the sequence you witnessed typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the size of the prey.

You can see it pretty clearly even without the slow-mo.

It's funny just how much worse the falls seem in slow motion. When played back at normal speed at the end they're just 'meh, get up yah pansy' type of falls.


Interesting, because I had the exact opposite impression. In the slow-mo, I thought it really accented how well/quickly their reactions put less critical / shock absorbing body parts down to take the initial jarring contact. Hands and feet take some initial hit, then arms bent at the elbow, ass, roll to back, keep the head up.

At full speed, I noticed that I'd definitely want to be wearing wrist guards as suggested by @shponglefan.

Then again, I've never skateboarded, but I enjoy inline skating (not that I'm much good at it, hence the wrist guards). In any case, upvote to the video and comments all around for the neat discussion!

Yep. I don't think I saw one decent head knock, but in the slow mo's you can see the guys protecting their heads purely by how they held them away from the ground. Most rolled out fairly well when they had too much momentum.

I was also disappointed by the lack of paintballs actually rupturing against human targets, but upvote for the cool idea, slow-mo capture of the spread and ruptures against walls etc., and potato gun air-guitar ending...
