The Neural Amplifier was another scary movie. God, I love this game, Civilization in space and perfected.

This is like Airplane!, which is awesome. This genre has been hollowed out by Scary Movies and other craptacular movies.

This is really Micheal Moore level of reporting, placing a menacing soundtrack, slowed down music video clips to present a very slanted idea that media has an undue influence on behavioral patterns of both men and women. I don't personally believe that.

What we see unfold in the park is mob mentality driven by sexual lust, at its most extreme. It occurs almost everyday in lesser forms across the world, from the guy who relentlessly bothers a cute girl, I mean I was recently on a airplane flight where one man went out of his way to get a seat next to a good looking girl he talked to briefly in the lounge, kept pestering her to the point that when we landed she almost ran out of the plane.

Music videos and films are all fictional creations, they are never meant to be teachers of morality in any way sense or form. To blame them squarely is fairly odd considering that sexual desires are the most basic of human desires, of course they are then exploited. Exploitation of human desires and limits are exactly the reason we consume media, because it acts as mirror to ourselves, that action movie excites you, that scary movie increases your heart rat, but we all draw the line knowing that it's not real.

However the saturation of this media is at an all time high, I wonder though if the cumulatively effect is worse now then it was when I was growing up and consuming it as a kid. I hope not.

I'm not going anywhere Firefly! Just diversifying! But yeah, I really really hope someone steps up and is willing to take over, its a fun collective to run, there are all sorts of possibilities, and as the Fortnight contest has shown, pretty much everybody likes a good scary movie!

I remember around 20 years or so when I was a young kid, our local library had a movie-afternoon for the kids. They thought it was nice to play a cartoon for them and chose Watership Down. It ended up in a cry-fest for all present... uncomfortable kids... Very scary movie. True horror indeed

i only like south park sometimes, and not sooo much. i liked the scary movies when they came out, but i was soooo young.

I dont know about 12 year olds now a days but when i was a kid i snuck around my parents back and watched all kinds of bloody and scary movies. Now a days people worry about school violence on the rise and bullies and such. And yet if people are limiting their children so much, Why is violent crime so much higher than it was when i was 12? (im 27 now)

This might be the first scary movie I'll go see in over 2 years. I'm kind of excited for a horror flick that's not dependent on gratuitous gross outs.
