I feel bad for the little rat. Reminds me of Natalie Portman's pets in Garden State (or Sam, as her character was named). She left the wheel in and one of her hamsters didn't know how to use it and it died.

So, is that really him learning to not "crash out?" Is that how they're supposed to finish off a run, by just laying down until they're thrown out again anyway? (I don't know; I've never had a pet rodent.)

I love that the mashup isn't from the original sources (sampling), rather it's Jack and Natalie playing the parts from the originals.

I've met Mandy Patinkin a couple times and Zach Braff once. I thought Natalie Portman was in this one too, but she isn't.. Met her once, too. (3, not 4.. technically 2, tho)

5. People used to fight with swords.

But of course, the genre - Fantasy - is practically defined by being set in a period analogous to a mashup of 800-1500 CE with the twist that some of the ideas of the time are actually true (gods, demons, magic, fantastic animals etc).

While Nataly is obviously beautiful and talented, I can't help but feel like she's lost a bit more her innocence than Jack. That was always where I thought they got their charm. Jack still seems to really be losing himself in the music, and just plain having fun. Nataly seems to have lost some of that.

I feel like Natalie Tran is a good counterexample for that "there aren't actually any funny women" argument. Tina Fey, as well.
