The point was not to fool people into believing it was real, but give you that one second child-like "Whoa! Really?!" like you may have experienced as a kid when someone told you the hoverboards from Back to the Future are real.

It's clear purpose is for kids to get excited about submitting inventions, and this sure is a good way to get their attention.

I wonder about anyone who actually gets upset and downvotes upon realizing you can't ride a bike on a wall with suction cup tires. It seemed cute and funny to me.

Heard a crazy interview with BBC radio and the Russian (almost wrote Soviet) foreign minister, talking about how Georgia had "raped" the agreement they had in place, etc. etc.

I was like, "whoa, choice use of language there, buddy..."

Love this movie, seen it many times. Especially because of the young Angelina Jolie with some actual meat on her bones (she's much, much more attractive that way). I remember before she was who she is now when I first saw her and was like "WHOA! That's the chick from Hackers!"

The only thing that bothered me, that would bother any computer person I'd imagine, is when they're hacking they hack via a bunch of goofy graphics floating around. And yeah, very funny about the "Whoa, this has a 28 dot 8 bps modem and 16 million colors???!!!"

Can't wait for the day we look back and laugh at a quad core at 4 Ghz with 4 gigs of ram.

"Whoa, 21 is totally into me, she's always smil... hey... she looks a lot like Brenda... omfg... I have to call Brenda after the show I found some bimbo that totally looks like her."

A chill-out feature like, "whoa cow-boy, wait a minute" could significantly curtail abuse.

No need to be draconian and impose 30 minute time-outs. Just something simple would help.

Let's say you queued up 3 videos, watched them all, THEN (down)voted. Weird habit, but if that's your style, the 1-minute limit wouldn't be too extreme, and you wouldn't be needlessly stifled from expressing your opinion.

And the most damage someone could do if they went mental with the downvotes would be 100 downs after 100 minutes.

There's almost a downside to it: since they're doing it over an extended period of time, if it is malicious, it'll be much more insidious and harder to spot than, dare I name it as such, a "downvote of passion".

yes, it was a rough one to watch... especially since I'm not usually into people on people violence (I'm more of a monster flick chick)... my brother and I got out of the theater after this one and we were just like, "whoa... I don't think I need to see anything violent for a good month now... I'm good."

Having used preview mode for like over a week I at first didn't notice something had changed... then I was like, "whoa, something has changed."
