chingalera says...

Well, they're low cholesterol and high protein,
hotter than a Mexican jumping bean-
Have em low-strung or vacuum packed,
Them mammies come alive when you bumpin' that rack-
Round like GONG, they hold me like a lanyard,
two eye-level ladies, exceedin' all ya standards-
Def enough to knock you, to your knees,
and even when they make it, gotta get some PLEASE
them, TITTIES!

How to Coil Cables

enoch says...

@carnivorous
not trying to butt in on your penis waving contest (ok.yes i am).
but i think what some here are trying to convey to you are your broad generalizations.

i am sure your points do apply to some of the younger generation but in no way represents ALL of them.

i am getting long in the greys and i know MANY of my generation that expend far too much energy on:social networks, candy crush and full out gossip and complaining (good lord do they complain).

i know this is veering off topic, but its a worthy topic.

my boys are in their twenties.they all are hard workers of the manual persuasion but they are all having a hard go.
this happens and the times are not ripe for an easy run.
do you know what bothers me the most about watching my boys struggle?
the fear.
they are afraid,uncertain and unsure.
when i was their age i was fearless.

when i was their age i was working for my friend who was a lighting director for russell simmons.def jam summer fest world tour baby!
traveled all over the country and the carribean, duffle bag in tow.
learned how to coil cable right proper too.

ok.not at first.
totally screwed that up the first night.
so my buddy made me unravel every inch of cable (even the ones done right by him and others) and learned the hard way how to coil cable proper.
you have any idea how MUCH cable is used for lighting?
well neither do i but im gonna go in measurements of miles (or hours of lost sleep, you decide).

i guess my point is (if i even have one):
manual labor has its advantages but so do intellectual pursuits.
they actually compliment each other.

but dont judge this generation too harshly.
they are afraid,
and uncertain.
something we (or at least I) never really had to deal with on that scale.

and so ends my rambling incoherent rant.
think ill go fix that broken screen door i have been putting off for ages.
yall got me in the mood to fix something.

Couriers catch girl falling from 4th floor with their hands

Gilsun says...

The distinction is pointless. She fell, they caught/slowed her fall enough to almost def save her life. Why be so narky about it!?

Sniper007 said:

Um, they did NOT catch her. But it looks like they slowed her descent enough to prevent fatal injury.

He's def on to something when he suggests the US does the same thing re: prison camps. What do you call it when you force people to do prison work in order to stay in the general population? So what if they don't starve or whip them if they don't work? We have a very narrow definition of what slavery is in this day and age. We update our definition of slavery to fit the times. It is very, very common now all over the world.

I am not trolling. If it seems like I am from my last post - then I must have done a poor job making my point - it happens - but it is not my point to troll. I was trying to show the fact that these days even a kid knows how to sweep a room.

It's not rocket science. Don't be a sheep and accept something because an "expert" told you something. Think for yourself. - if you were one of those nutcases on a rampage - don't you think you might be checking the corners before entering a room.

I was tipping around the issue, but flat out, I think this guy is capitalizing on fear and cashing in the checks. I am not saying he doesn't know his shit - I think he def does and is a genuine bad ass - but that doesn't mean these are good tactics, it means he gets paid more for teaching you this garbage than a 2 min lesson that says lock the door and turn off the lights if you are unarmed.

Having an instructor give you straight talk - like you need to grab his gun while forcibly stabbing his face/eyes and with your pen puts people out of their comfort zone and doesn't sell as well to corporations. These feel good vids like this one do sell well and give people a sense of security that is misplaced.

Prepare for the enemy you will be facing, not the one you wish you were facing..

These people are not getting the training they think are - well at least not from what I saw in these clips.
