A bobcat showing his <3.
Coyotes outside of my new nest.
We've got one of these that wanders through our backyard occasionally. I don't think I should share this clip with my wife, or she'll be trying to bring him inside.
This Did Not Go as Planned
"Dear Mr. Coyote,
No, you can't have your money back.
Sincerely,
The Acme Corporation"
RC Car with Camera Meets a Group of Lions
The lioness on the left in some of the group shots seems to have a blind right eye. Can't make out any damage around the socket, but it seems like there may be a scar on the left side of her head and a torn lip.
I had a cat that looked pretty roughed up like that after picking fights with coyotes. Tough ol' bastard. I wonder what that lion got on the bad side of?

Brave man frees coyote caught on a fence
Coyote's are typically pretty timid and won't let you get close to them... however, there are those that have become used to humans, and will hang out around garbage bins and populated areas for easy dinners. We have a few that hang out under the shade trees of the back 9 of the local golf course in the evenings down here in west Texas, and as soon as the unsold hot dogs go in the dumpster, they dine.
Nice Vid, Good on him. But Im curious as to why this makes him a "brave man". Ive never seen or encountered a Coyote, are they insanely vicious and aggressive or something? Almost any animal i know that has been trapped in a fence and is approached calmly, wouldn't try to kill you once it was free, at worst it might bite or scratch as it retreated once it was free? It would be exhausted and demoralised yeah? Not trying to be a jerk here, just genuinely curious.

Jeep Compass Dog Ad - Every Dog Has its Jeep, too! By Bobby
Growing up, my favorite cartoons were Tom and Jerry and the Roadrunner vs. Coyote, simply for the fact that everything was conveyed through their actions and the music. No dialog. Great commercial.
Cats vs Fox
In my experience cat's dont learn too well! I'm guessing he ended up looking so rough the coyotes just thought better of it!
On a serious note my parents have a tiny cat, only about 2kg in weight and about eight years old now. She's ever so timid around people but will chase dog foxes several times her size out of the garden. Foxes are extremely wary of cats as even if they would win a full on fight they'd be very lucky to come out of it without a serious injury of some kind. Domestic cats don't have the same survival pressures and have grown cocky, but foxes won't get taken to the vets or have food given to them. Same with the coyotes!
I had a cat that used to get in fights (plural, it happened more than once) with coyotes. By the time he was 5-6 years old he was down to about 1/3rd of an ear total, broken tail, permanent limp, sliced lip so he drooled all the time, mangy lookin', etc.
Maybe that level of accumulated battle scars convinced him to retire from fighting, and he survived in that state for another 5 years or so. Tough ol' bastard.

The Simpsons Explain Why They are Still on the Air
I watch maybe 1-2 episodes a year, just to confirm it's still just a memory.
It will(has) just turn into a Wile E Coyote and Road Runner type show, where everyone expects lots of lame stuff to happen which will(has) become the point, and granted there will always be the occasional chuckle every couple of episodes. R.I.P quality seasons.
