In the Mario Kart segment you had Mario racing Bowser so having the last boss music from Super Mario World is not a far leap. Using so much from the Super Nintendo age of Mario and not including Yoshi is a travesty..Travesty!

Anyone else get annoyed about the miss matching music in the video? Who uses Yoshi theme music when Mario is not on Yoshi?

Here's my pumpkin for Halloween 2011. I had't carved a pumpkin in years and when I used to, it was always just a quick, scary pumpkin face. This is the first time I've put any real effort into more of a detailed pumpkin carving, and I'm kind of happy how it turned out:



Took over three hours. I sketched my outline based on this image.

You can see in the vid where he bails out at approximately 9:02~9:03 in the vid (he says "Yoshi!" which means "Okay!) in Japanese. It's literally seconds before the car sinks. He swam to a nearby building and was able to pull himself up out of the water.

During the interview he explains that at first he sat tight because the car was getting smashed by all the debris and he was afraid of getting crushed if he bailed out of the car. He did open the window though just in case he had to get out in a hurry. After a while, it seemed like he was just going to float gently there, so he decided to sit and wait it out. But then he got caught in the fast-moving current and water started filling up the heavily damaged car from all sides, so he made the (clearly correct) decision to jump out.

Nice! I remember using a couple of these glitches back when I played through it initially, like the Yoshi multi-eating glitch where you could eat all of the Spiked Sams (?) parts if you kept Yoshi's head on them. A lot of them seem to require frame-perfect timing and wouldn't be feasible without the 'time-bending' done by emulators.
