I was only 19 years old when I went up to the NWT to work at the Hudson's Bay Store (yes, it was still The Bay back then). I kept seeing signs all over the place signed "Koana/ᖁᐊᓇ", such as "Please take off your boots before coming into the break room- Koana/ᖁᐊᓇ" or "No T-Shirt, No Shorts, No Toque, No Service - Koana/ᖁᐊᓇ" Being new there, I asked one of the other staff members who "Koana" was.

I was so young and naive, and I've never gotten over the embarassment.

Which is why I want to ram my penis into her. That is an 18/19 year old actress.

Yeah, a suspect. It's irrelevant. And the cops that originally detained him weren't questioning him about any murder.

He wasn't running and firing. There were "10 shots fired over the course of six seconds Saturday as police chased 19-year-old Kenneth Wade Harding near Third Street in the Bayview - one shot at first, followed 1.9 seconds later by nine in rapid succession." (link)

And they can't find the gun? Somehow this guy gets shot multiple times and then throws his gun 15 feet in the open area behind him and the cops don't see it? And a guy several minutes later comes up and finds it while people are walking over it? And watch the other video, it's not a gun, it looks as though the camera man is the one who drops his cell phone and the guy points to it and says "phone". Then picks it up and disappears.

yeah, Harding gets out of prison for pimping, and apparently immediately kills a teenage woman.

I first saw this video on reddit on sunday morning, and I reached the immediate conclusion that it was horrible police abuse. Now i've completely reversed the sentiment

She runs over her daughter who is a 19 year old, whilst technically she is her child we are all someones child so I don't think that counts.

We dressed people up in old time costume and took sepia toned photos.
At one point, I was helping a German family get changed, I handed saloon girl costumes to the two 17-19 year old daughters (thinking they would wait until I left) and they just whipped their tops off in front of me. I didn't know what to say as I pulled out costumes for the mom and dad.
I looked and wanted to look some more but it's quite awkward when the dad is standing right there.

While wolves tend to be more skittish around humans, coyotes tend to have less or no shyness around humans. They may seem like simply wild dogs (even playful ones at first sight), they are surprisingly adaptable killers.
I think this one probably saw it for what it was, a human walking alone, and was testing to see if it would be an easy meal. Two coyotes attacked and killed a 19 year old woman out hiking in Nova Scotia last year and coyote attacks have been rising over the last decade or so. A large percentage of those (~37%) are actually predatory attacks with intent to kill.
What this guy should have done, from the second it started approaching him, is make himself look as big as he could (instead of crouching down to its level), yell loudly and back away. When it got close to nip/bite him he should have swatted it.
...And holding out his open hand looked like a good way to lose a finger.
