Then he says this new modular battery tech is old obsolete tech like a blackberry.

Tesla is far less likely to make it through the decade, they were the big fish in a puddle, now they’re a small fry in a little pond that just had the tide break through and now there are sharks in there with it.

He started talking about buying Twitter starting April, plummeted, he announced he was doing it April 14, plummeted again….but believe it’s all Biden’s rapidly growing economy and he’s going to destroy Tesla…then why is it a good buy?

I’ve read and watched more than 6 articles or investigative videos in the last 24 hours, friendo. You watched a single video from a guy who’s been shilling Tesla for years.

I say you didn’t watch because they went over how this formulation is not next gen, which won’t use cobalt, but is superior to currently AVAILABLE batteries and has the advantage of being produceable today in large quantities, clearing the bottleneck. It’s also modular, so newer formulations can be integrated instead of full replacement.

Elon himself said publicly he plans a 10% reduction in salaried workers including line workers with only 3 exceptions for battery builders, Solar installers, and car builders….but including thousands of maintenance, construction, design, quality control, new line manufacturing, etc, not just white collar, and rehiring hundreds as hourly no benefits workers, not increasing his workforce. Also announced a hiring freeze worldwide.

I think Tesla does some innovative stuff - like using the worlds largest metallic moulds (built by some Italian company if I recall, which make those exclusively for Tesla). But ultimately Elon is a "hype man", and most of his promises have fallen flat (check out Thunderf00t's youtube channel - he debunks many scammy startups as well as Elon's claims, using high school chemistry and physics).

I do applaud Tesla for opening additional factories in Germany and China so quickly, but exponential growth (for any EV maker) is impossible - there's simply not enough easy-to-mine lithium in the world. (Maybe Elon is planning to mine some asteroids instead of going to Mars? who knows)

The GM battery tech isn't exciting or sexy, but it is a means to building a more affordable EV. Ford is already shipping F-150 Lightning (assuming its not affected by the same contactor recall as the Mach-E). Rivian has been (slowly) shipping trucks.
Where's the CyberTruck? I bet even the electric Silverado will start shipping before the CyberTruck.

If you followed it, why do you get literally EVERYTHING wrong when you give statistics or even stated plans for the business? Why do you think a 32% drop is only 20%? Why do you think a 10% cut in employees and hiring freeze is a massive expansion? Why do you think an under 2% market share makes Tesla a competitor with trillion dollar well established companies? Why do you think right before a 1/3 drop in value is “the best time ever to buy, go all in”. Why do you think a stock above 100PE is a good buy? Why do you think the 1/3 drop is 100% due to Biden’s politics over the last 18 months (despite the massive gains it saw under Biden from the 800s to 1200s)? Why do you still say it’s a great time to buy despite Biden having 2 1/2 years left in his FIRST term, so what you claim is bringing Tesla down isn’t going to change?
