They seem to just be working out their pectoral muscles, boosting the muscle mass that lies beneath the breast.

If the goal is just to boost pectoral muscle mass, the normal weight-lifting exercises and diet (lots of protein powder) would produce larger results because they use more weight and less repetitions. Doing dips at a corner in e.g. a kitchen counter is a good start.

The "Gas" in most of these inhalants including the liquid air we use to clean out our computers is heavier that Oxygen. Once it is in the lungs in large capacity, a person passes out and can't exhale the inhalant. No new oxygen can enter the lungs and it eliminates all new oxygen from getting to the blood & brain.

It is like holding your breath until you pass out and then waking up because you r body starts breathing again when you pass out. But instead of automatically breathing again, you can't because you can't exhale the inhalant.

With every inhale of the inhalant, you are lessoning the amount of oxigen oxygen capacity you have remaining in your lungs. Slowly suffocating your self.

In high school, my Brothers used to inhale Pam Cooking Spray, and when they couldn't get that, they used gasoline. Whey they couldn't get that, they used to tie a towel once around their necks until they got light headed and passed out - JUST FOR FUN!!(Idiots).
