“People who have nothing to hide, don’t bleach their emails, or destroy evidence to keep it from being publicly archived as required under federal law.”
D J Trump

Aaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaaaa…….ahh….ahh….aaaaaaaaahahahahahaha!

Absolutely incontrovertible that he absolutely knew with no doubt that stealing these publicly owned documents was undeniably criminal. It was a main talking point of his campaign.
If there’s no prosecution and sentence for this blatant violation of exactly the laws he claimed disqualified Clinton for 1% of what he’s been caught red handed with, expect absolutely zero record of Biden’s administration, nothing. If burning any and all records you want hidden isn’t violating clear law, isn’t worth prosecution, anything goes.
Waiting to hear from Republicans….will they want prosecution, or will they do Olympic level mental gymnastics to pretend burning unscanned, uncopied original official documents and stealing others including classified documents then storing them in an unsecured closet is fine, but having a digital copy is treason. Forewarning, “he was the president and could do whatever he wanted” 1) isn’t true in America, all Americans know that and 2) let’s Biden do whatever he wants, fuck your feelings.

And now Republicans in at least 5 states have been caught having submitted matching forged election documents, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona (twice), Wisconsin, and Michigan. These forgeries, complete with forged seals from their respective states, attempted to “certify” fraudulent electors from those states that intended to cast their electoral votes for Trump despite their states voting for Biden, that vote being certified, and the real electors being certified.
Pennsylvania too, but they didn’t try to claim they were the electors, they claimed they would be the electors if a court invalidated the election results….created at the direct personal request of the DJTrump campaign.

Jeff Clark, of the DOJ, drafted a letter telling states to hold off on certification because the DOJ was investigating election irregularities…..but they weren’t and the DOJ head, the AG, refused to sign off, so Trump accepted his resignation, the resignation of the assistant AG, and tried to install Clark so they could send this fraudulent letter about a non existent investigation of non existent election fraud. In that letter he referenced the “second set of electors” two weeks after these forgeries were submitted to congress and elsewhere but long before that was public knowledge.

Another few attempts by Republicans to subvert democracy.

Apparently Trump also flew the idea of having the national guard confiscate all voting machines and rerunning the election (until he won).

Why the entire party isn’t banned from holding office is beyond me, your representatives all undeniably violated (and continue to violate) section 3 of the 14th amendment, and you’ll never get 2/3 of congress to let that slide.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

For the few that weren’t directly involved in the failed coup, the “aid and comfort” clause covers their behavior since.

I know, right.
Just like those poor Republicans peacefully protesting when scary black ANTIFA and BLM attacked them, then attacked congress….and now the poor little Republicans are getting blamed….just like that poor put upon little Jussie. You all should form a support group.
(To be clear, that is not a defense of Smollett in any way)

Side note….Who’s idea was it to violate southpark’s copyright? This is going to be taken off YouTube soon because that’s called theft and Comedy Central doesn’t usually let that slide.

What did I tell you!?! States rights! Suckers! Bwaaaahahahahaha!

“I am outraged by yesterday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place,” Newsom said. “But if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people’s lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm’s way.” Newsom said he will work with his staff, the Legislature and California Attorney General Rob Bonta to craft a bill that would let citizens sue anyone who “manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts” in California. They could seek damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees, Newsom said.

I told you this would happen.

BTW, the Presidential coup Plan PowerPoint handed over by Meadows pretty much obliterated the lies that 1) it wasn’t an attempted coup 2) it wasn’t expected 3) it wasn’t planned 4) it wasn’t Trump supporters being violent and 5) the white house wasn’t directly involved.
Contemporaneous records of the planning, including texts to organizers and militias claiming that the national guard is poised to protect Trump rioters from arrest or attack….as if any non cultist needed more evidence beyond the live broadcast of the coup attempt, but now there’s publicly available physical documentation/evidence directly from the highest levels in Trump’s cabinet of their own direct involvement in the planning to overturn the certified election by fraud and force.….which I’m certain you will dismiss as fake news with no hint of evidence because your little brain can’t handle facts.

the PowerPoint laid out a plan to effectively use the military to steal the election outright, undeniably. That’s treason.

The plan was to use the military, specifically the national guard, declare a state of emergency, throw out most of the ballots from the 2020 election, and then have the national guard run by people that Trump handpicked himself count only the paper ballots that they deemed to be legitimate. essentially giving them a free ride to throw out any ballots that were for Biden. Only count the ones for Trump and boom, Donald Trump gets all the electoral votes. That's how the coup was supposed to happen. So again, these lawmakers were briefed on this two days before the capital riot. So they knew exactly what Donald Trump was trying to do, what his administration, what his friends, what his allies had suggested to him. There is no indication at all that one of these lawmakers alerted the department of justice, the FBI, local authorities, anyone, they had this information and they did nothing with it.

Any official who knew and didn’t report to the FBI or DOJ should be removed immediately, get the firing squad, and their entire estate (and their spouses estate, and minor children’s estates) seized. That’s a lot of Republicans.

Also, Fox hosts, the same ones who now claim Jan 6 was a peaceful picnic, families calmly touring congress, and it was BLM and ANTIFA and the FBI that perpetrated the violence that didn’t happen, were all frantically trying to reach the president to stop the attack on January 6, outraged he wouldn’t tell his supporters to stop attacking America, explaining how not acting to stop the coup was destroying his legacy and theirs.

Jury finds 3 men guilty for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery

newtboy says...

Not just fire two, but prosecute one for obstruction and violation of her oath of office, a felony, because she hid the fact that one defendant had worked for her for years, had called her directly immediately following the shooting, and was her personal friend…and fired the outside prosecutor she had suggested because they both hid that she had hired him to advise police to drop the case, and hid the fact that his son worked in her office….he later recused himself for conflicts of interest only after the FBI became involved.

The fix was in on this case too, but the subversion was caught in time, unlike Rittenhouse who’s judge needs firing and prosecution too.

The fact the sate had to essentially fire two DA's for not wanting to pursue the case before it finally was moved forward is the sad tag line underneath the correct verdict being reached in spite of that.

You always have to omit the important bits….and skew the rest. “ kid falls , His gun faces the guy” not “kid flees a crime scene, falls, and AIMS and shoots his rifle at multiple people, hitting two more and killing one of them”.

Kid chases, threatens, and murders man. Kid flees the scene of his crime, pointing his gun at anyone he sees. Kid falls. Man approaches. Kid’s gun faces dozens of people as he’s aiming at anyone near him. Kid shoots randomly at multiple people including some running away from him. Kid takes aim at the closest one, gun misfires, kid inspects and reracks gun while continuing to aim at the man who is reaching to detain him not trying to hit him or shoot him, and shoots him at point blank range even though no gun is EVER aimed at him….at one instant the victim’s gun is held in such a way that it’s within 45 degrees of being pointed in the direction of the thug/armed child whose gun is constantly aimed at him, but the victim’s gun is never aimed nor pointed AT him.

Liar.

You just can’t be honest…. your fault because your hyper biased and totally dishonest (to the point they’ve all successfully argued in court that no reasonable person could believe their obviously made up hyperbole, but you still do) “sources” never tell you the truth and you continue to act as if only they tell the truth.

Such a blatant racist race baiter. I know why your kids don’t like you. If Rittenhouse was black and/or a Democrat, you would be screaming bloody murder and calling for his immediate execution by firing squad, and prison for any who stand with him.

Federal prosecutors won’t file charges citing insufficient evidence that the officer willfully violated federal civil rights statutes (because the police stonewalled and didn’t give them evidence), NOT because shooting a man 7 times in the back because he had a knife but police approached within arms length anyway, intentionally putting themselves in harms way to create a position where they could claim they were in danger is a good shoot, but because they couldn’t prove it was a civil rights case with the police hiding their evidence and stonewalling federal investigators.

Kid showed great restraint and defends himself.

Just like Jacob Blake they all received just reactions.

Even Federal prosecutors announced that they won't file charges against a the police officer who shot Jacob Blake in Wisconsin last year

Ruh roe.
Turns out the Trump campaign paid people to go to the coup, at least 60 of the rioters. That’s not good.
Double ruh roe, turns out they also paid for the “command center” in the Willard hotel that Giuliani and others involved in the planning and instigation of the coup attempt worked from, negating the non existent claim of executive privilege for non government work done by his campaign that is required to be public record in the first place.
Triple ruh roe, the Trump campaign “forgot” to list that expenditure, and the work done by Trump’s campaign workers planning the attack against American democracy…a blatant and unambiguous campaign finance violation.

New felonies coming to light daily as NDAs dissolve and people are finally free to say what they witnessed in the least transparent and most criminal administration in the nation’s history by far. Just look up Trump administration official convictions, you won’t be able to finish it today, it’s too long, and still growing. 11 at the absolute highest level of government convicted of nearly 100 high crimes and misdemeanors, the numbers of lower level officials convicted is likely in the hundreds if not thousands, most charged with multiple crimes.
Or just look up his pardons, every one of which is a conviction for things like stealing tens of millions from “build the wall” donors…stealing from his people….pardoned. Lying to the FBI, pardoned. Working with Russia to undermine American policy before taking office, pardoned. Millions in tax fraud by not reporting millions made working as an unreported foreign agent, pardoned.

The most positive thing Trump did was remove Bush from the “worst president ever” position.

Also, Republicans only won in Tennessee because of voter fraud. He’s not the real governor. Never will be. Tennessee has no governor. Enjoy 4 years of that.
Funny how Republicans insisted there was SO much voter fraud happening in that election…until Youngkin was declared the winner when suddenly there was no fraud at all according to them. Almost like you guys are lying worthless pieces of shit who say anything without a hint of concern as to its veracity.
Also funny how Youngkin refused to have Trump campaign for him at all, never seen together, not even in the state, but of course Trump takes 100% of the credit for his “win”….a win that’s uncertified and fraudulent. You know it’s true.

Man Who Shot At Police In Self Defense Is Acquitted

newtboy says...

*dead
Age restricted by YouTube.

Side note, 5 years after an unarmed man was shot 76 times (shot at over 100 times) by police, two officers have finally been indicted for his murder. (Turns out two of those shots came from directly above his dead body….mafia execution style)
The previous DA claimed the local police were working with federal marshals, whose policy is to not allow body cameras, and they always follow that rule, so there was no body cam footage, and under Trump the US marshals refused to cooperate, so he had no evidence with which to prosecute. That changed.

Felony murder, aggravated assault, burglary, making false statements, and violation of oath by a police officer. I hope they both get the death penalty and get no protection in prison. Maybe they can get raped to death….still too good for their ilk.

how is this a taunting penalty...

Ever see anyone get penalized for being in the freethrow lane in basketball?

Section VI—Offensive Three-Second Rule

An offensive player shall not remain for more than three seconds in that part of his free throw lane between the endline and extended 4’ (imaginary) off the court and the farther edge of the free throw line while the ball is in control of his team.
https://official.nba.com/rule-no-10-violations-and-penalties/

me neither.

but back to this, the trouble is it's really just whatever the fuck the ref feels like, not what really happened

When you start posting videos, you can not post trailers. You have no right to tell other people to not post something (that doesn’t violate guidelines). Don’t like trailers? No one is forcing you to watch them. *redacted*

Your griping, as if you have some right or authority to determine the content others like, only makes me want to post more trailers. In fact, here’s the deal, every time you complain that someone posted a trailer, I’m going to post another one until you start posting videos yourself.

I, and others, like good trailers.

Again, what is your major malfunction?

Are you aware that most Republicans in DC are now legally barred from running for office under the constitution?

14th amendment clause 3- No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Now you understand why all Republicans voted against investigating The Jan 6 insurrection, the rebellion against the election. Sadly for them, that act is giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the state, so now they don’t even have to be implicated directly, their vote to not investigate invalidates them as candidates. Expect this to come up against Green next year.

Uh oh….the FEC, the election regulatory agency that Trump intentionally under staffed to the point that it couldn’t start an investigation much less conduct one has now been ordered to investigate the Trump campaign and the NRA that used shell companies to give Trump $25 million in 2016, a massive campaign donation limit violation, and used those shell companies to coordinate with the Trump campaign (and many other Republicans). Apparently this case was submitted to them years ago, but they didn’t have the legally required number of appointees to operate, and the few they had were Trump appointees not interested in investigating any charges against Republicans with a backlog of over 450 cases…so the FEC did nothing. Now they have been ordered by a judge to start the investigation in 30 days. Not going to go well for your people, they all played fast and loose under Trump, and there’s a new sheriff in town now.

Oh shit! The congressional house oversight and reform committee has found that Trump committed massive bank frauds during his presidency, before, and after.

He hid his massive debts when bidding on the lease for the old post office and getting loans to buy it….preferential loans from foreign banks based on blatantly fraudulent claims about his net worth. That’s bank fraud.
He reported profits of $150 million (publicly he claimed more), but in reality had losses of $75 million. He reported one huge value for his properties on loan applications and another, exponentially smaller, likely sometimes negative value on tax forms. That’s bank and tax fraud.
He took in over $3.7 million from foreign governments for rooms that were rarely if ever occupied. That’s a flagrant violation of the Emoluments clause, Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution.

No charges filed by congress yet, but expect all this information and accompanying documentation to make it to the prosecutors in New York who ARE charging him with bank fraud, tax fraud, charity fraud, embezzlement, and who knows what else.

Not a good time to be a Trump.

Just a little PS: In a deposition that took place in August, Rudy Giuliani admitted that the "evidence" he based his voter fraud conspiracy on actually came from posts on Facebook. Believe it or not, this man used to be considered a brilliant legal mind, but now he's been reduced to filing lawsuits based off idiotic conspiracy theories he saw while scrolling through social media.…and you listened to him.
🤦‍♂️

Edit: ruh roe, sounds like there are multiple takes of Trump’s message to the rioters where he praised them but refused to tell them to stop the attack or leave the capitol. Part of the lengthy delay in his statement was because he had to re-record it repeatedly before they finally got him to tell his people to leave. Of course, seeing the takes where he just praised the attacking terrorist mob won’t change your mind, but they will inform future history about when America had a super villain as president.
