Post conviction polling already tells another story.
54% of registered voters approve of the verdict. Only 34% disapprove. Nuff said right there.
49% of independents and 15% of republicans say he should end his campaign.
These are vote losses he cannot afford, and foretell a severe lack of enthusiasm down the road.
Edit- multiple other polls now confirm this, every new poll (outside the cult) shows the vast majority of the public thinks the charges were proper, Trump is in fact guilty, and he should drop out. Even republicans, enough republicans and independents are turned off that he now cannot win without large numbers of Democrats voting for him. The polls also mirror his drop vs Biden.

BTW- I am absolutely loving the multiple videos of Trump waiving to crowds that aren’t there over the weekend…one at nascar and one at Trump tower. Waiving at empty spaces and empty cars. Who released the videos from behind him that showed the truth, I wonder! Where IS Melania?!? 😂

Ruh-roe! Reports are there’s evidence convicted felon Trumps campaign and businesses have paid off 9 witnesses in his criminal cases with raises (doubling their salaries), bonuses (in the millions), promotions and hiring their families at exorbitant salaries, stock options, multi million dollar severance packages if they don’t testify, etc. Expect another round of charges against the multiple felon for witness tampering.

EDIT: YEP, THIS NEW SCANDAL IS EXPLODING, WITNESS TAMPERING IS SERIOUS, ESPECIALLY FROM A MULTIPLE CONVICTED FELON. Not the first time either, in 2018 2019 two of his campaign managers were convicted then pardoned by Trump for witness tampering for him in another case, but a third who cooperated with the government investigation was not pardoned. He has a long, undeniable history of witness tampering, which will be used in his trial. Enjoy!

😂 More predictions! Love it. You clearly haven’t noticed your own track record with predictions….hint, you recently said Trump would be acquitted and the DA prosecuted. You said Hillary would be in prison in 2017. Also don’t forget that series of red tsunamis. How’s that going? 😂

Trump will lose AGAIN (he has never won the popular vote except for conviction) because everyone including you cultists know the multiple grand jury directed prosecutions aren’t politically motivated they are based in fact and the law, which he broke daily for his entire adult life, and can finally see that Bidenomics is a massive success with constant low unemployment, wage increases outpacing inflation, inflation low (compared to the rest of the world or what Trump left) and falling, gdp strong and rising…every metric of an economy is great under Biden, you just refuse to admit reality.
The cases also expose the immoral, unethical, narcissistic, disloyal, and incestuous character of the man.

Trumpenomics was the failure…Trump was president in 2020 and let everything go to shit, the economy, the health and longevity of the citizens, the state of the national union, functioning supply chains, the confidence in government, debt and deficit, every metric of a nation became FAR worse under Trump, every single metric. All but debt are better under Bidenomics including deficit (so in a way even debt is better)…most are better even without 2020 included in Trump’s record like unemployment, new businesses, and gdp increases.

Sucker!

The markets jumped up significantly when the verdict was read, it didn’t collapse because Trump became less likely to be elected like the Trumpists predicted. None of your predictions are coming to fruition, yet you keep making them. The advantage of having no memory I suppose, you never have to feel dumb for your ridiculous idiotic past and can convince yourself you have a valid point to make today.

…He’s going to wipe the floor with dottering rambling and confused Sleepy Don who won’t be able to interrupt constantly….assuming the coward shows up at all, which is highly unlikely…he said he would, indicating he won’t.

PRESIDENT EPSTEIN HAS ADMITTED TO THE COURTS HE DOESN’T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THE JUDGMENTS AND MUST SELL PROPERTIES FIRST. HE HAS SAID HE CAN ONLY PAY $100 MILLION.

This means 1) no appeals 2) SURPRISE! Trump lied about his assets and 3) the enforcement of the judgements can be enforced now because he just conceded he cannot pay the judgement or put up a bond, so seizure can begin now unless he gets an emergency stay….which was just DENIED…as was his offer to put up just $100 million.

I encourage his creditors to do whatever the hell they want with his money and since he won’t pay the state the state won’t come to help. 😂

He is barred from getting a loan against any NY holdings.
Hide and wait, wanna bet his stake in his properties isn’t as great as he’s claimed, maybe some with no ownership percentage at all just his name on the door (Trump Tower for instance, which is actually owned by GE and the condo owners and except for the lobby bathrooms, kitchen, and parking lot is just managed by the Trump org.).

So much for being a billionaire or great negotiator. He negotiated a $5 million debt into an $88 million and growing debt…good job! Now he owes near $540 million in judgements + nearly $140000 a DAY in interest between just the NY verdicts, money he doesn’t have. He’s the best ever at being the worst ever. 😂

As a bonus- total failure McConnel is quitting. Another red seat up for grabs with Republicans being historically unpopular after voting to keep open borders and broken immigration systems and once again perching on the brink of closing the government because they cannot govern.
Edit- my mistake, he’s only retiring as the head of the senate, not as a senator.

Hmmmm….did you think better about this post and remove it @bobknight33? It’s disappeared. I’ll put it back here where it’s safe……

You are way beyond ignorant.

Trump was found guilty on day one because the evidence that was 100% undisputed by Trump proved his guilt absolutely, not even a requirement for guilt in civil court. Evidence, and supporting facts had absolutely been presented by both parties, litigated, and stipulated to…years and years of contradictory and fraudulent business records filed with the state under penalty of perjury….it’s what’s known as a prima facie case,
“ A prima facie case is a cause of action or defense that is sufficiently established by a party's evidence to justify a verdict in his or her favor, provided such evidence is not rebutted by the other party.”
The evidence was not rebutted, Trump blatantly minimized value beyond reason for tax purposes and inflated it beyond reason for loan purposes…both in writing with his and his children swearing to the veracity of the numbers.

There was absolutely no rebuttal to the fact that the Trump organization committed repeated and massive frauds in New York. I know Trump has gone on tv and made claims that he disputed the evidence , but the facts are he did not dispute it in court under oath, only on camera where he can lie freely.

There was a bench trial not a jury trial because Trump did not request a jury until after the penalty phase of trial had started, well beyond the legal deadline. Are you saying he should get special treatment because his chosen lawyers are incompetent? I and the courts think not! I think you would insist on the bench trial with an unfavorable judge if this were a Democrat in court…in fact I know so. 😂

😂 Yes I DO find these type of court actions OK in America, they are absolutely normal legal procedure that any competent attorney could have avoided at every turn, but Trumps are too busy giving interviews and fundraising for him to actually do the trial work, you get the lawyers you deserve, and Star fucking camera chasers are the only ones who will work for a debt welcher and insane and dangerous client like Trump.

bobknight33 said:

Found guilty by the judge on day 1 -- no facts presented yet no jury - per judge since he decided Trump guilt on day 1. no jury trial needed per judge because no trial needed- only how guilty is Trump at hand.

And you dont find this type of court actions - ok in America?

The hits keep coming…Giuliani guilty on all defamation counts for repeatedly lying about two election workers causing them to suffer through hundreds of credible death threats from MAGgots thanks to repeatedly refusing to follow the judges orders and being under numerous contempt and sanction orders including a new $130000 sanction because he can’t follow any instructions or maintain a single legal position without contradicting himself.

Now the judge is sending it to the jury with a guilty verdict with instructions that Giuliani has refused to comply with submitting financial documents so is intentionally hiding his net worth and the jury should take that into account when determining damages.

This is the level of competence all MAGA lawyers exhibit constantly, worse than a first year law student, and it’s destroyed your party and turned it into a criminal terrorist organization all for one failed cult leader. Expect 91 felony convictions at this rate, many state felonies that can’t be pardoned.

Bonus - AZ, New Hampshire, Iowa, and Michigan secretaries of State are all working to define the process to remove Trump from their ballots in accordance with amendment 14 section 3 of the constitution Trump tried to permanently “suspend” (the constitution he has vowed to ignore and destroy if returned to power). I don’t think they’re the only ones.

Also it now turns out real estate failure Jared took over $3 billion from the Middle East as “investments” in his new investment firm that had no experience and officially didn’t pass muster when vetted, and pennies, less than 1% from real investors in places like America. This minutes after ending his job as Middle East ambassador/liaison/information supplier/trade negotiator/murder charge defender/weapon salesman…but my guess is you believe we better keep looking at Hunter with all eyeballs until we find a crime and ignore that, right?

Fed charges four officers in death of Breonna Taylor

Charging them means little, only reaching a guilty verdict matters. Way too often it's just more heartache to the victim's family because Bad Apples get away again and again from justice for a millionth times!

Oh, EVEN if they DO go to jail, wanna bet how soon the next Republican president (heck, maybe even a Dem prez) already had his pardon letter drafted?

Jury finds 3 men guilty for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery

bcglorf says...

The fact the sate had to essentially fire two DA's for not wanting to pursue the case before it finally was moved forward is the sad tag line underneath the correct verdict being reached in spite of that.

It's just how a nation that shouldn't be ashamed of its justice system should reach as a verdict. It should've been a "non-event" case in its eventuality. That it's a big deal says something is very rotten.

Chauvin Guilty of Murder as Calls for Police Reform Grow

newtboy says...

Bwaaahahaha. Too late. He might have been dismissed had it been brought up before deliberation started, but not now, it's over. Chauvin is convicted. You don't get a mistrial after a verdict, and a mistrial isn't exoneration, he would be tried again, with more witnesses and evidence. Even your video only claims it might help an appeal, not a mistrial. That cracker jack box law license isn't working, Bobby.

Chauvin's attorney is barely more competent than Giuliani. He put experts on the stand that hadn't examined the facts or evidence but came to conclusions anyway. His gawdawful defense is a MUCH better case for an appeal than a jurist that once wore a t shirt.

He may have a point that it's not proper to mislead on a questionnaire (although you support it, remember. Lying under oath is the smart thing to do if it helps your cause, according to you when Trump lied under oath in his depositions), but attending one MLK March doesn't disqualify a person from being a jurist, just like having a nice interaction with police or a decent estimation of them doesn't.

Edit: sounds like the jury question was had they participated in a blm protest, the rally he was filmed at was an MLK get out the vote rally Floyd's family happened to speak at, so he didn't lie.

It's a nothing burger brought up too late. He will appeal, and will bring this up, but it is far from meeting the standards to grant a new trial at this point. Even if he gets an appeal on other grounds, the evidence is overwhelming, he will simply be convicted again, possibly of harsher charges.

If he's not for some unfathomable reason, he will wish he was, because he will have a target on him and those with him for life. Prison is the safest place for him, and the only chance of safety his family has.

Sorry Charlie.

Edit: Funny how you are on the side of the murdering white cop and not the black murder victim here....and you still claim you aren't racist....but when a cop hurts a white woman or a violent white power MAGA moron you can suddenly see they're going too far.

Tacoma Police Car Plows Through Crowd

cloudballoon says...

This is a "Thuggish morons vs thug" kind of situation though. It wouldn't surprise me one bit that the thug would open fire in multiple directions THEN ram away out of the scene.

That would be the easiest/laziest response though. I was honestly being unfair to the cop with the above statement if I left it at that.

It seems the cop was just honestly looking into a reported illegal racing/gathering situation. Situation quickly got out of hand and got ganged up by those cop-hating (or not cop-fearing at least) kids. Legitimately panicked, the cop wanted to extricate him/herself out of the situation. What to do? Ram out a bloody path, putting people's body or even life in danger be damned, of course.

You've got to understand that the cop simply WOULD NOT be thinking any of those people are "innocents" and act discriminately, feeling they "deserve protection."

Cops feel so empowered these days they can do anything and feel justified to do anything without risk of consequences for themselves. The whole Law Enforcement and Justice Department "brotherhood" is behind every cops. With that mentality, why would this particular cop NOT do what he/she did? Why would this cop care what happened to the people that got rammed through? I can imagine they would do all these things.

Besides, the cop have to assume some of them came packing guns. It WAS a legitimately dicey situation he/she got into...

The lawsuits.... anyone want to bet what portion of the blame the cop will get? I bet the verdict when the gavel drops is a big fat ZERO.

Want to blame the cop? Why not blame the System first? Since it's all too easy under America's law enforcement system to train even an honest-to-goodness, idealistic person to go from "I want to Protect & Serve" to "I can kill/main anyone for looking at me funny and call it police work."

This is just not "Shocking!" anymore. In fact, I don't expect any less these days of police encounters. Cynical? Of course, But how can I NOT be?

A taste....
Other former CIA and national security officials rendered similarly troubled verdicts.

Marc Polymeropoulos, who formerly ran CIA operations in Europe and Asia, was among several former agency officials who recoiled at images of Trump hoisting a Bible in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Washington after authorities fired rubber bullets and tear gas to clear the president’s path of protesters.

“It reminded me of what I reported on for years in the third world,” Polymeropoulos said on Twitter. Referring to the despotic leaders of Iraq, Syria and Libya, he said: “Saddam. Bashar. Qaddafi. They all did this.”
