Why is there suddenly horrible trance music when I appear on screen?
And, I hate all of you.
Deadmau5 is the best DJ in 10 years
What every happened to real DJ-ing?
Back in 2000, I watch a friend's video of the scratching world championships. They were using *GASP* records and mixing them right there on stage. The show of skill was amazing. I lived with DJs that would wander old record stores, yard sales, etc looking for a record that spoke to them and then try to figure out how to use it in a set.
I've been out of that scene for a long time and the closest I get now is listening to a trance music station from a local college off and on, but I assume that those people still exist. Or did they get killed off by anyone with a good ear and a laptop?

Explosion Compilation set to great music
<3 BT. I knew a dude who went to school with him. He apparently started out on the French horn. How's that for an upgrade? Plus being named Brian Transeau and helping to make "trance" music what it is today is just too right. I have a decent pile of vinyl with his name on it.
Very well edited video as well.
Whatever scientist OKed allowing those troops to approach the site of that test bomb oughta' be shot.

Plasma Pong -- AWESOME homemade game!
THanks for the mono tip, pragmatick. I've been playing quite a bit. I can get up to 79% on easy. It's cool that it ships with trance music.
The Wonderland Experience - 1:19:01
I figure this probably won't make it to the front page, but I love it SO much. This is an awful lot like my summer of 1999. Random meetings with strange people, pretty girls, sunshine and dancing, trance music. In particular there was this one day... :reminisce:
Seriously though, I LOVE the soundtrack in this movie. It's amazing how many of these tracks I own. I would say a good 80% of these tracks are in my vinyl crate.
Somebody in the comments on google said "OMG the acting is crap" I totally disagree. I KNOW just people just like just about everybody in this movie. I love these people. They are my people.
Anyway, enjoy. If you get bored/tired, skip to 1:07:00. The music is Marmion - Schöenberg (Man With No Name Remix) and I've often thought that it was the "perfect" goa track. This use just further confirms it.
*sigh* This movie makes me so happy.
Japanese African Drumming in Tokyo!
