Hilarious, you think you’re a man with a vaginal yeast infection….who doesn’t know what a woman is again?!? You sure have no clue what a man is. 😂

I’m guessing you have conveniently forgotten “Trump is our Hitler” JD was a cross dresser in college and “thought he was gay” until his grandmother and preacher told him he wasn’t allowed to be gay (that didn’t stop the urges or dislike for the female form and lust for men and penis and sofa…not that there’s anything wrong with that unless you rail against and demonize it hypocritically). 😂

Shocker…another violent far right anti government gun nut caught with multiple guns, multiple passports, and a fake license plate on his unregistered vehicle on his way to Coachella. How long before you blame Biden?

BTW- the ridiculous tax plans (more cuts for the top 5% and businesses) he has announced have been analyzed by the CRB who said the tax plan alone will add a minimum of $7.5 trillion to the debt with no new spending and not including his tariffs that will also increase debt and inflation by the same amount of the tariffs (he’s said 20%-500%).
Is it true he paid someone to take his college entrance exams? Is that why he won’t release his transcript…it includes evidence he was caught cheating repeatedly as a failed student and paid the school for their silence and his diploma? Prove it’s not true.
Is he hiding his medical records (he’s the only candidate in American history to not release them) because they show he wasn’t hit by a bullet at all, because they’ll show he shits his pants daily, or because of the severe dementia diagnosis? I say all 3 and much much more like a decades old untreated syphilis infection.
Abandoning his people in Coachella with no transportation to the parking lots miles away, again…after a full day event in over 10p degree temperatures with no shade or cooling provided in the desert causing many to be hospitalized with heat stroke…turning many of them against him (you would think you morons would learn he won’t think about your needs, but you never do).

He won’t do interviews, like he falsely claims about Harris. Fox call ins aren’t interviews, they’re pure propaganda commercials with zero journalism. There’s good reason, he’s completely lost his mind and looks ridiculous. He’s only still running in hopes of a pardon from president Transe.
His movie is out and doing well….The Apprentice….a bio pic.

lol. FEMA is essentially leaving N Carolina because their agents are being threatened by residents who believe the stupidity you deal in. This will impact the support you receive and make recovery much harder for your state. Good job morons! I’m sure you will blame Biden for the threats from maga to FEMA based on misinformation coming directly from the felon.

As a man, I think I walked away from this ad with a yeast infection.

That guy eats way more than carburetors for breakfast.

Real men don’t put tampons in the boys restroom.

From the party that can't tell you what a woman is.

This is a sign that this campaign is in trouble.

Love it.
He whined nonstop about the temperature in his courtroom for him, but for you, cops should be more violent….WAY MORE VIOLENT….like a day a year when they can “PURGE” the citizens they dislike.
Nobody should get overtime and 2025 will end it….he used to do anything to reject overtime for his employees. Then he said “you get killed on taxes on overtime, I’ll save you from that”. (Not by ending overtime taxes, by ending overtime pay).
This is what he thinks are winning policies!?!
Maybe that’s why he’s holding rallies in venues that hold 1500 and are only half full, and half of those leave while he rambles about snakes, sharks, batteries, and Haitians. He can’t pull in 4 figure crowds, Harris is pulling in 5 figure crowds daily.

Maternal mortality rates are up >55% in Texas since their abortion ban was enacted. Good job killing more women on the altar of insanity.

The vp debate will likely be worse for you than the first…Vance cannot speak, nor can he explain his flip flopping positions on everything including being gay/trans himself, tariffs, project 2025, and his campaign partner who he rightly called “America’s Hitler” before selling out to him for power and money.

It’s over.

Fishermen Rescue Two Teen Girls Lost at Sea

2023 Was Already Over 1.5 °C Above Pre Industrial Averages

newtboy says...

It’s scary to me that we found out that today (last year in fact) we are already exceeding the temperature spike most people believe is predicted for 2050, the temperature at which scientists determined KNOWN feedback loops may outpace our ability to mitigate greenhouse gasses even with maximum effort on all fronts and spending every possible dollar and still (almost) NO ONE CARES.

It has barely made the news anywhere, definitely not on any of the major U.S. networks and will never be on anti-science righty media.

I would shout “WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE!” But it’s abundantly clear humanity is completely comatose and shows no sign of recognizing the situation we are in no matter what they see outside their own windows daily.

The pot is boiling and we frogs are still arguing over how wet the water is.

NDT Explains Why 2023 Climate Models Failed

bcglorf says...

Media(and even some of the vocal scientists trying to urge action) have been guilty of overstating confidence in climate modelling. Which is more or less what they are agreeing on in the video.

The IPCC summary of state of the art climate modelling, and virtually ALL published papers on various climate models agree that the unknown and poorly modelled aspects of our climate are larger than the known influence of CO2.

That is to say, the physical modelling largely operates on energy in and out from the Sun and then playing out how changes in that energy balance operate. The thing is, that energy budget is enormous, and the number of factors at play are even larger and dynamic to make it more fun. The influence of CO2 in the energy budget is one of the relatively straightforward elements, and so we've got a pretty good and confident assessment of how much it impacts energy balance. The problem with climate modelling, is that the CO2 impact is smaller than the errors and unknowns in many other factors in the model including clouds.

Which is all saying that our climate modelling is hard, and even though we know CO2 changes are pushing the energy balance up, our modelling of the energy balance is still not good enough to accurately predict energy balance changes. That means we've got a giant 'all other things being equal' qualifier on model projections because if cloud behaviour changes based on temperature, we KNOW that our errors there are larger than the influence of CO2.

Modellers have been trying to draw attention to this nuance, but it's been deemed inconvenient to persuading the public to act and thus ignored by many pushing for action. The almost inevitable side effect though is that over time the reality of the models inaccuracy will play out and the public is gonna be asking why 'science' was wrong.

The Biggest Science Story of the Week

newtboy says...

*doublepromote someone else finally noticing global dimming as a significant factor in global warming.

Global dimming from excess sulfur dioxide may be responsible for cutting the current excess anthropogenic heat in the system by between 15% to 50% depending on the study.
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/13/what-is-solar-geoengineering-sunlight-reflection-risks-and-benefits.html
What this means is, if we stop polluting tomorrow, the CO2 and other greenhouse gases will continue to warm us at the same rate for decades to centuries, but the sulfur dioxide that has blocked between .25 to 2 degrees Celsius temperature rise will be gone almost immediately, and a significant sudden rise in temp will be the result kicking off or feeding more feedback loops.

While it may seem he’s onto some global warming solution…just put more sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere…that ignores the lower growth rates and lost solar production it causes by deflecting a significant percentage of sunlight, both adding to net CO2 added to the system.
The incredibly scary part is the whitehouse and other international governments are actively researching ways to inject sulfur dioxide into the upper atmosphere despite knowing it has so many issues.

There’s no easy fix.

Record Breaking Python Caught In Florida

newtboy says...

Water temperatures in South Florida have hit 97 degrees twice this week, and gulf waters are in the 90’s. Pythons swim, especially in warm waters. Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia better get ready for a python invasion that destroys their coastal fauna.

The fourth major insurance company (Farmers) is leaving Florida, with 6 medium sized companies going under in the state in the last year…all because of that non existent global warming that isn’t happening and the costs that therefore aren’t involved. Many others have stopped selling new policies.
DeSantis blames wokeness….so I guess capitalism is woke now. Enjoy being a communist. The biggest insurance company in the state are now the socialist government policy writers. 😂
Good thing it’s all a hoax…you can buy cheap uninsurable oceanfront land and retire. Go all in, it’s the only way to invest.

Meanwhile ocean temperatures right before hurricane season are in the mid 90’s…but that won’t cause more hurricanes or sargassum because it’s not real…hoax hoax hoax! 🤦‍♂️

Buildings Continue To Collapse In Turkey And Syria

newtboy says...

YIKES!

Deaths are now over 11500 and expected to skyrocket.
Temperatures in Turkey are in the 20s at night.
Some areas are expected to be uninhabitable for years.

People complain that California building codes are insane…this is why. We will have a 7.8 or higher in a major population center some day, and just hope those codes are enough to prevent this kind of destruction.

How A Brick & Rock Battery Is Changing Energy Storage

newtboy says...

Ok. I like the concept….thermal mass as short term heat storage/release is a well established science.

Sadly calling bullshit when they claim converting electricity to heat is 100% efficient. Nothing is 100% efficient.
They also claim 98% efficiency “pulling the heat back out”…unbelievably high.
Noticeably missing were heat loss rates, both for capture and storage over time…both expected to be extremely high at temperatures of 1500C.

The second system boasting 80% efficiency (but why burning wood?) is more realistic, but the only 3% heat loss per day at 500C temperatures claim is not. No insulation I’ve ever heard of is that efficient.

Recycling industrial manufacturing heat seems smart, but I think they need to be honest up front about the real world expectations and uses. If it could cut the energy needed to bake limestone or melt steel in half, that’s great…please don’t imply it could cut it by anything approaching 97%. That makes me not trust it at all.

Qatar World Cup: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO)

spawnflagger says...

1 small point of correction - the workers are on break between 10am-3pm in the summer, which is when you see those >50C temperatures. They worked all through the night, and you can't pour concrete in the day because it's too hot and dries too quickly.
An exceptional (i.e. not the norm) construction company was one that paid it's workers what was promised, and on time. All local companies had to be 51% owned by Qataris, not sure if that changed as part of their 2018 reforms.

"A Fourth Car Absolutely Buggered!" - Deadly Mexican Street

But I now see I misread, it was in a MexicAN city, ciudad Juarez, not Mexico City. In my defense, it came up googling “ mexico city record low temperature”, but I should have read more carefully.

Ice will be extremely rare, agreed, but not unheard of. I’d be more afraid of oil….even just a tiny bit of water makes me say “nope” and I extreme off-roaded and desert raced in the past.

Buttle said:

Wikipedia says the record low is 24F, which is admittedly below freezing. I am skeptical of the 9F figure, where did you see it?

Lowest temperature in Mexico City is <9 deg. F in 2011…it doesn’t freeze every year, but it does freeze there regularly.

Here's another video compilation. It's really steep, but, being in Mexico city, never freezes.
