I just got a mental image of Hillary huffing some silver spraypaint and screeching "WITNESS MEEEE!"

I can think of a few reasons. First one is they just don't see it because they're in a hurry, chatting on their cell phone, or preoccupied. Doesn't matter how clearly it's marked, sometimes it's just people with really strong blinders on. Second is because they don't give a fuck about the rules or about others. Third is they're just going to be a second and there's other ones available so it's just a little sin, kind of like speeding, and everyone else does it, right?. (And confirming for the record that I dislike people that think this way. It's an analysis, not a defense. This is indefensible)

Key point of this video is that the owners of the cars don't know that the spraypaint is water-soluble. If I had mistakenly and unintentionally parked in a handicapped spot and I saw someone spraypainting my car, I'd be furious too. Call the cops, take my license and report me, but don't make me pay for a new paint job.

P.S. Loved the woman telling her guy off "I told you not to park here! I told you not to park here!" Guess he was not one of the 'unintentional' list.

Stop acting like you're a victim here. If the gay community could ruin anybodys livelyhood they'd start with the republican party or foxnews (both are doing fine) and not some shitty baker. What might ruin these businesses is not knowing their countries laws (you can't refuse service to select individuals and you can't sell whiskey to 10 year olds no matter what your gods have to say about it) and alienating customers with their douchebaggery. People don't want cake from a homophobe the same way they don't want drinks served by white supremacists or drycleaning from somebody who thinks rape is a crime made up by ungrateful sluts who should've dressed less like whores.

If your community thinks you're an antisocial idiot, it will shun you. They only thing that has changed is why people consider you unworthy of their business.

Aw, they couldn't even spraypaint "earth" on the door of the cab? If it happened to be parked overnight in my vicinity, it would be hard to resist the temptation to solve that problem for them.

I was just gonna say, you have no idea how many times I squatted in a corner waiting for people to look at someones sexy spraypaint (there was one on every server practically) with an AWP, I got so many kills that way but usually it would only work for so long before folks in the enemy team realized the trick. But still so very fun.

This is why, if you want to be a cop, and want to do all the good "right" stuff, you should have your id-tag visible at all times. If it were after me everybody of these guys would have it spraypainted all over them. I can understand that every now and then a person in charge has to "bend" things a bit if his "customer" is more of a dick than has to be and these guys face shit all the time so who can blame them when they blow a valve.

The problem is the principle of anonymity inherent in most situations where the "authority" is directly interacting with a suspect lends itself to willful violent actions both on the side of its bearer as well as its agitator.

I love Banksy. It's amazing how he managed to do such effective and good looking animatronic work, while his area of expertise is spraypainting and stenciling. I wonder if he had a lot of help for this exhibition.

Given the cultural context spraypainting graffiti has in American culture, it's fair game to ask whether or not the statement was racist.

Please let me know about the painting thing! I heard you settled on beer production. I understand its an isometricish top-down view and components will have to fit together. Will there be a specific grid size for them to conform to? If you could put together just a few source pictures of apparatus you find particularily appealing, I can try to distill a sort of demo to see if I can come close to what you're looking for!
