public spaces still have rules, and breaking those rules can lead to arrests. here in san diego it is illegal to drink or smoke in all public parks and beaches, and you can be arrested for it (though you'd most likely only be ticketed).

Two things. MSNBC is just as much in the tank for the lib/prog/soc folks as FOX is for the conserv/rt wing/teaparty people. Second, I used to think that part of the journalistic effort was to discover the truth about every corruption. Alas, I was wrong. Today's journalism is about pointing out the corruption of the people you disagree with while turning a blind eye toward those you do. Yeah, I did that with the one I just submitted.

That's 4 times it's happened to me.

I tend to go back and change tags after submission (Hitting one tag and going back later = faster sift! ) and it always takes you to the one with the number at the end.

I'm just too lazy to re-change the stuff on the technical original submission, so I just end up discarding it.
