Rape doesn’t require his penis enter her vagina, forcible penetration is rape, and he forcible penetrated her against her will with something near finger size, could be his penis or tiny finger, either way that’s rape, he’s a rapist.

Disney is going to get a few million more from him, maybe MarALago if NY doesn’t get it first, and his legal team will be sanctioned too.

Holy fuck! Day 1 of the criminal trial was an unmitigated disaster for broke Pervert Hoover. The judge saw through the delay tactics like they weren’t there and has set a trial date for April 15, and excoriated diaper don’s attorney for making charges of prosecutorial misconduct against the DA and the judge himself publicly but having no citation of any instances of misconduct by anyone on the prosecution side or the judge. How stupid can you be to accuse the judge of misconduct before the case starts? The judge has shitloads of leeway, and can ruin don’s case and convict him easily just because the defense can’t control themselves in or out of the court and just let them appeal after the election. Criminal court is a completely different animal, but MAGA lawyers are too incompetent to even understand that. 😂

Oh fuck…day 1 of the Trump Rape trial was a shit show for Habba. She’s going to end up in prison too. The judge is already so done with her disrespect, lack of courtroom decorum, lack of legal knowledge, attempts to re-litigate issues he already ruled on, calling the judge “sir” not “your honor”, interupting, filing inappropriate motions, making motions through email, slandering and libeling the judge publicly, etc. She is SO not ready for federal court, and she’s now LEAD COUNCIL after Tacapino quit Trump last weekend.
Trump is going to be convicted on every count, and lose every civil trial worse than anyone can imagine not just because he’s guilty but also because he has no defense team, he has unintelligent cheerleaders. He would be better off with a public defender, but they won’t sleep with him. His lecherous tendencies, needing to be surrounded by attractive women at all times to feel secure, are ending him in spectacular fashion….and I am so here for it with popcorn and a big gulp!

So far, Habba has been reamed by the judge and Trump had “Tothed” hundreds of posts attacking his victim while the jury is being picked…a jury that has total anonymity to protect them from exactly the same treatment if Trump finds out who they are. The jury is going to see those when determining how much to award his rape victim, his guilt is legally pre-determined from his last trial, and it will be in their minds that they might suffer the same thing themselves so expect an astoundingly huge award, enough to ensure he never does it again because they might very well be the target next time. 😂

Bonus- Oh snap…like I said, in opening statements the prosecutor showed them the 22 times Trump attacked Carrol this morning while in the room with them, asked to think about that when determining how much money it will take to convince Trump to stop. Two new $1 billion+- lawsuits against Fox. One by its shareholders against the company for lying about the election, which was obviously going to hurt the value of the company when revealed. They had a fiduciary duty to shareholders to not destroy their company. A duty they ignored for over a year.
The second case by shareholders is against the board, officers, directors, owners, and fiduciaries to recover every dollar they were paid during the frauds. Lol…this includes Paul Ryan.

I know, you say you don’t watch Fox (although you quote and post them constantly), but even you know that Fox is the architect of the far right, and without their political blueprints the right will be fighting itself with no direction. Oof.

They also just dropped a defamation suit against Crikey, an Australian company that called them “unindicted co conspirators of Jan 6” and had refused to even discuss settling because they have the Dominion evidence proving it’s true and wanted to use it in court to expose Fox in ways Dominion hadn’t. Fox knew they had no case, it being the truth is a defense, and dropped it after months of being raked over the coals in the Australian press. They must pay all of Crikey’s legal fees.
The chickens are coming home to roost, and they are pissed off and ready to shit all over the lying righty media cabal.


Bonus- Trump just failed to exclude other women he raped and tried to rape from his civil rape case. His lawyers are acting like this is their first trial ever, submitting motions weeks after deadlines…motions with no reasoning, no new evidence, and filed well after their deadlines. You get the shyster you deserve.

Second bonus- Traitor Greene has been referred to the ethics oversight committee for libel and slander against Hunter Biden. Because there is no legislative reason for her defamatory and false statements (like accusing him of human trafficking), insulting photos with completely false descriptions (like a photo of him driving his young nieces to school Greene posted labeling it “Hunter was on crack wheeling and dealing with CCP ties and prostitutes with classified documents laying around the garage.”). Because there could be no legislative reason for publicly posting such libelous baseless lies she lost her immunity from the speech and debate clause. I hope he says he had designs on being president and her libel cost him a few hundred million dollars, she deserves to be relegated to public assistance at the lowest level she ever advocated for…her family would leave immediately without her under the table income, she’s horrific, especially to her family.
